The machine tool adopts fixed workpiece and movable gantry structure. It is a CNC laser cutting machine with two-axis linkage and three-axis control. Among them, the X and Y axes are linked to realize the plane cutting feed, and the Z axis floats to track the surface of the workpiece.
The three CNC axes of HSF24040G are guided by rolling guides. The X-axis and Y-axis use AC servo motors to drive rack and pinion feeds. Among them, the X axis adopts gantry double drive, and the Z axis adopts AC servo motor to drive the ball screw feed. The laser cutting head, AC servo motor, ball screw pair, rolling guide pair, reducer, rack and pinion are all selected from well-known brands. The numerical control system adopts the domestic first brand Cypcut laser special numerical control system, equipped with professional cutting control software and auxiliary programming software.
